I definitly went through all the system in the 2 constellations FOUR times. There is no "fugitive hideout" in any of them (patch bug?). I guess I'll try to buy some DNA on the market if there is any. Thanks for the link

I have a mission where I'm supposed to go to a fugitive hideout (which everyone tells me is a beacon). In any case from what I can tell then no longer exist. Anyone else having this problem?
